Payments were due on the 1st of the month. If you paid more than 3 days ago and your date hasn't changed, we have not seen your proof of payment.

If your year end is December 31st and you don’t already have a system in place to deal with your accounting, it may be useful for you to do the following at the close of business on the last working day of the year:
- Do a snapshot
- Back up your data
- Save the stock value reports on your computer (both with and without details)
It would be useful if all this information is also stored on something external to your computer (like a Thumb Drive)
